How to find document scanning service for personal use?
I need to scan only 1 document and send it to someone by email for my job hunting. Where can I get it scanned? I searched the internet, and i can find scanning companies for business use but not personal use...i just need to get only 1 piece of paper scanned... I also checked Fedex/kinko's website, and couldnt find scanning service...does anybody know how i can scan my personal document??

- Even if the Fedex/Kinko's Web site doesn't say anything, I can pretty much guarantee that they do have scanning services available. I have been in 8 or 10 different Fedex/Kinko stores in a couple of different cities, and it is always available. So, just go there and have them do it. The competing stores, like the UPS Store and the copy/print shops, also seem to offer scanning, so if one of those is more convenient for you, just stop in there. One more suggestion, if your resume is currently on your computer: Since you are sending your resume by e-mail, why not just attach it as a Word document? Or, if you have the option to "Save as .pdf," you could send it that way. You may not even need to get it scanned. Good luck on your (about to be) new job!!
