Postal Letter

I'm a moderator. Some invitees can't register. Postal code turns red. In USA using valid zip codes? Help

A few of the people that I invited to join our group have told me that they can't get past the request for the postal code, even though they supply valid US zip codes. Does anyone know how to get past this or who I can contact for help?

1. Those people's accounts/IP's have been flagged as hackers.
