Is UPS a federal job? How can I attain a position driving for UPS or Fedex?.. What are the crudentials?

1. UPS is not a federal job. They are a privately held company. The best way to get into FedEx or UPS is by applying for a part-time package handler position. After 6 months of employment, at least with FedEx, you can then begin to apply for driver, courier and any other position.
2. No, it is not a Fed job, it's privately owned. UPS.com and FedEx.com No credentials needed, they train you themselves. @ UPS, you start from scratch, you are first a handler and then a courier, due to them being UNION, the wait ranges from three to seven years. FedEx, you can be a courier right away!!!
