What have people got against the daily mail?

I've noticed a lot of people tell me to stop reading the daily mail. What's so bad about it? Isn't all media like the mail? Maybe, i should stop reading the news altogether

1. You just get a left wing slant here and that's why they hate the Daily Mail. I find it pretty entertaining and it has some first class journalists.
2. to quote a famous publisher,a newspaper by office boys for office boys.i don't personally subscribe to this,but then i don't put a lot of faith in the integrity of newspapers.it seems more is omitted than printed.add to that the use of the words could and might,it seems there is a lot more conjecture than fact.
3. erm hi there, ignore some of these people, its your choice what you do and how you live not theirs. so what if you read the mail, does it matter on how you answer Q's me thinks not.
4. You should try the Beano. It's got more news in it than the Mail,
5. It tells lies. It promotes hate and fear. It accuses anyone who tells the truth and does not promote hate and fear of left-wing bias. There's nothing wrong with reading it provided you read other stuff as well as a balance. People who only read the Mail tend to be the kind of ignorant reactionaries you quite often see here.
6. It's a ridiculously biased right-wing rag which exists to stir up feelings of anger and disenfranchisement amongst would-be middle-class whites by pretending they're discriminated against and ignored by our government. Don't waste your money on this pathetic rag.
