How do I contact Daily Mail newspaper to make a complaint issue against post office homephone and broadband.?

- why bother? why not contact trading standards?
- You can go here: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/contactus.html However, I really don't think it's the best way of getting a complaint resolved. I know many people that say to me "I'm going to take this to the papers!" and then the papers really don't want to know. I suspect that the Daily Mail may have bigger fish to fry than to run an article on the (i'm guessing) sub-standard level of phone / internet provided by the Post Office. The organisation you have a complaint about should have a complaints procedure, and there should also be a body that you can complain to about them. Just ask them, they should tell you.
- And why the DM? It hardly ever gets its facts straight.
