how to paste the text into the text box of a website, bcaz i have to check 100's of mail daily like HOTKEY?

i have to check 100's of mail daily, so i want to keep a hot key for each email address, so i can paste mailid in the textbox , i need a software that works like this. so please help me out in this regards.

1. I am using G-Mail nowadays, and, it's been awhile since Yahoo. So, I'm not sure if Yahoo has it or not, but, G-Mail has a settings button just for that purpose. Don't think thats an anser, but, it is an option. Hope this helps a little. CHARLIE
