How can I stop automatic mails from my Mail which comes daily?

Once I took membership of a site now the 100 mails come daily from each user of that site to my ID and it made me bore, and they don't stop by spam or block address.

1. at the bottom of the email it should say unscribscribe from this mail and once you click on that and write your email address the mail should stop coming through.
2. GO TO THE SITE AND UN-SUBSCRIBE! There should be an un-subscribe feature somewhere on home page...
