How do I send a large envelope via usps, and include a pre-paid envelope inside?

I need to send a large envelope with 6 documents inside, but I have to have a way for the recipient to send it back to me, pre-paid. Whats the best/cheapest way to do this, via usps?

1. You address an envelope to yourself, put the correct amount of postage on it, fold it in half, and send it inside the envelope you're sending out.
