What do I have to bring to collect package from USPS post office?

If someone sent me an item and USPS left me a note, for either redelivery or self collect, what do I have to bring down if I opted for selfcollect? Like photo id with the same address on it or what? Also, what if the address the item is sent to is not the same as on the idcard?

1. You will need the slip, as well as a photo ID. If the address is different, also bring something to verify the address, like a utility bill with the correct name and address that matches the package.
