Postal Letter

I have a message from sonyericsson com regarding mobile e-mail client. How do i remove it? I tried deleting.?

when trying to deleting, it said mark for deletion but it doesn't delete, its been on since May. I have called them and they took me through the steps I had already tried... The message also says something about digital cameras and IrTrsn-p and IrDa. and attaching v- cards. I just want it off my phone.

1. hello go to settings and reset the phone..it will ask u a code..enter 0000 .as soon as u enter this the phone will restart.and it will go on to the original factory settings wbr
