if yahoo mail is my e-mail default client,should i download the updates for windows e mail?

i am just trying to save some memory and avoid download this updates if i don't have to,thanks for your answers.

1. To answer the first part of your question---no, you don't have to download updates for windows email. The second part of your question on using up some memory. Don't be concerned about updates, they hardly use any memory. I would update the windows email as it is a good source to have an xtra email account from another browser
