How to contact El Salvador postal service?

Does anyone know how to contact the postal service in El Salvador? I sent mail to two different people on two separate occasions almost a month ago and neither person has recieved anything. Normally it takes 2 wks for something to arrive, but now I'm thinking something is wrong. Anyone here from El Salvador know if something is going on with the postal service there? A strike or something? How can you try to track something you think is lost in another country?
