Can you use regular postal stamps for First-Class Mail International Letter?

On USPS it said a letter to england would be like $0.94 ... could I just use enough stamps to send it or do I need something different?

1. regular stamps is all you need.
2. There was a time that I would use two first class postage stamps for international mail. Regular postal stamps will work.
