Should the postal service CEO take a pay cut because he has mismanaged the organization?

- The postal service is a federal company and doesn't have to run at a profit, because providing a low cost and efficient mail service for the people is more important than profiteering. The postal chief makes less than most CEO's and he doesn't receive a bonus.
