Is there anyway for me to complaint against the service at a USPS postal office?
I have been searching and searching but I don't find any number I can call to complaint about the poor service in a postal office. All I could find is everyone complaining about the service at USPS. At first I don't care because it's not my business but then it will started to irritate me when their service went from unacceptable to bad to worse to ridiculous and I'm fed up with their sh1t. It took them 45 mins to serve 2 customers and there's always 9 pple at work chit-chating and 1 person in the counter it's so unbelievable that we're paying our tax to these fcuks here that sit around and gets a salary from our tax money and when they retired they're retiring with our retirement money I'm fed up with these USPS employees !!! so what's the number for me to report a complaint?

- Let me educate you about the USPS. The USPS DOES NOT receive any money from your taxes. If tax money was used for the USPS, there would be no need to have periodic postage increases (like the one that will occur in May). If you don't like the USPS, I suggest that you move to a foreign country and experience the "efficiency" and economics of their postal service. The 1 person at the counter is probably the only one qualified to work the window. The 9 people that are chit chatting are probably letter carriers, supervisors, and managers and they are not allowed to work the window. If you would like to file a complaint, you can call the toll free number, 1-800-ASK-USPS. Also, there should be some complaint forms in the lobby of the PO.
