US Postal Service tracking link?

I'm in the UK waiting for a delivery from the US through USPS. I got a tracking link with my reciept which doesnt work. My order number is in the form yhst-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxx but i can't seem to track it on the site. Can anyone shed any kind of light on this? Maybe i only use a part of it?

1. I've ordered things online that had been sent via USPS however sometimes you don't get a tracking number with them, you have an order number as opposed to a tracking number, contact the shipper to verify, but I doubt you get a tracking number, you will eventually get your order but try not to order things and have them sent via USPS considering that you're so far away. I rather pay a little extra and see a tracking number via UPS or Fedx except if it's a book or a CD then I go ahead with USPS.
