How do I import mail from Microsoft Mail?

I wanted to try Microsoft mail because it has some options Yahoo!Mail doesn't. I set it as my default mail program and all the inbox mail in Yahoo ran over there! How do I get it back?

1. you can't have to two default mail providers, one is set to default and that is where the mail will go. but not to both.
