Why is the only argument of middle class labour voters "you are just a Daily Mail reader."?

I would also like to point out to them that loving muslims, etc, is nothing to do with the views of working class labour voters, or what Labour was formed for. Also,I don't think the Daily Mail or other "Conservative" media have to make anything up any more when it comes to the lunacy/state of this country.
