How do you address a letter to the post office?

How does someone send something from overseas to an australian post office for pickup instead of it being sent to your home. How does the sender address the letter?

1. I believe you send it Poste Restante, e.g.: To: William McKillop POSTE RESTANTE The Post Office 1 Sydney Harbour Road Sydney Australia (and whatever the postcode is)
