  1. call UPS and tell them you didn't receive it.
  2. Tomorrow call your local PO and ask to speak with the supervisor. Tell them.
  3. They should have a copy of any electronic signature if it was signed for. If they left it, you may have to file a claim with them.
  4. 1. Make sure that you read answers referencing USPS or the US Post Office...not UPS! 2. Check with a neighbor to see if the package was dropped off with them 3. Contact the person who sent the package - either of you can submit the claim
  5. All deliveries has what is called a receiving report it is actually a delivery receipt that the addressee signs to acknowledged receipt of the item. If this is not singed then the item has not been received the receiving report or the delivery receipt is usually returned to the sender to show that the item was received on time and in perfect condition. There are times and not often there are delays due to computer errors or it was delivered earlier but no one was home. It is best to call the office or the sender and ask for the tracking number. You can actually track the item that your are expecting through their USPS website by entering the tracking number. You can also call them so they can tell you status of the package you are expecting
  6. You need to call the post office that delivers to your area (that processes the mail for your address) and see if they have the package sitting there. It is possible that the package was not delivered and was scanned ahead of time, not put on the truck, etc. If you get no one, find out if the package was sent with insurance if not, you will be out of luck for the value of the item. You can have the person who sent the item file a missing or lost mail claim but most mail is never recovered. If you did not insure the package, let this be a lesson for you as to always insure USPS packages in the future.
