is it faster to change address with USPS or directly with the source?

example: for bank statement, faster with USPS or by changing online with Bank of America? thanks

1. do BOTH you can also do a change on line at usps.com it cost $1
2. You must ALWAYS change your address with all your sources. The USPS only provides temporary forwarding.
