How to qualify for fedex mail/package delivery job?

How to qualify for fedex mail/package delivery job? I do have excellent MVR record-driving record and knowledge about roads and street directions of Chicago. Do I first need CDL license? what sort of CDL? what are the steps to qualify as fedex mail/package delivery driver? I don't mean the job of freight or big trucks. thanks

1. You have to have a good driving record. You do not need a CDL if you are looking to just deliver pacel post. Unfortunately, driver postitions are first posted internally and people already working get first bid on the postitions, but I have seen people get lucky before. Any other training comes with the job. Fedex is a great company to work for..good luck.
