Postal Letter

Help with USPS! Change of address question?

My husband & I recently moved and changed/forwarded our mailing address under my husband's name. I ordered something off of Ebay and forgot to tell them my address/maiden name had changed. I just tracked the package and it says it was "undeliverable & being returned." Does "being returned" mean it would be sent to our forwarding address even if my name on the package was different than my husband's (we both lived at the previous address)? I've tried to call USPS but can't get past the automated menu to talk to an actual human. Help please.

1. Being returned means it is going BACK to the shipper/seller. Contact the seller, advise them of the issue. Give them the NEW shipping information and offer to pay any additional shipping charges.
