eBay item- shipped usps flat rate priority. How long does it take?

Its been a week (shipped last Tuesday). It's just a dress, but i need it for a wedding wednesday. The seller has no tracking number- what can I do? Anyway I can call usps? Anything?? Its from portland Orgen, to Lodi California. (right below sacramento) Priority should only take 2-3 days. The wedding is in the morning on Wednesday.

1. Please provide where it is being shipped from in, and where it's going to be shipped TO. Well, I think it will take less then 2 more days, definitely! No need to worry, it's not THAT slow.
2. You should have received it no later than Monday. The seller sounds unreliable because he/she should have obtained a Delivery Confirmation slip in order to track the box. I have had very bad experience with Ebay and do not recommend it to anyone.
3. you should of got it by yesterday.
