Does USPS carry flat rate boxes in store 10pts?

I need to ship something in a USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box and need to know if they carry them in store, not just online. Also, are they free to use?

1. Most USPS branches carry a selection of the Flat Rate boxes; however, smaller branches may not have all the sizes available. Even the main PO in our area (Indianapolis) doesn't always have all the sizes and seems to be "out" of them, frequently.
2. A given post office will have some boxes, but not necessarily the one you need. You can order boxes from USPS online for free, so that might be the way to go.
