Package stolen from USPS New York Customs?

I have a International package that disappeared at USPS Customs in Jamaica, New York about 20 days ago. I contacted several customs agents and they are doing nothing about the situation. I think it might have been stolen by one their employees. I did some research and apparently this isn't uncommon with that US Center. International Packages go "missing" all the time.
