Postal Letter

I'm having troble trying to track my shipped item I bought on ebay?

I bought an item on ebay and when i go to track it, it says: "Tracking information may be transmitted with a delay. Please check back later to view updated information." It's been two days and has not changed. The shipping used is US Postal Service First Class Mail. The location of the item is only about 15 miles from where I live.

1. USPS tracking system is about as updated as a 1960's black & white tv. Don't rely on that, give them a call.
2. well sometimes after being ship to a ware house it might take a day or two people dont work all the time many times you cant count weekends don t worry man its almost there its been logged in at that place you wil get it
3. The USPS Doesn't really have tracking numbers. Although it is called a tracking number, it is not a tracking number. It is a delivery confirmation number. But then again it isn't really a delivery confirmation number either, because it is only scanned at the delivery post office and not at actual delivery. Go Figure. The only thing that the USPS actually has TRUE delivery confirmation numbers on is Express Mail with signature confirmation and delivery confirmation mail with signature confirmation other than that, if someone happens to scan it along the way, it will show up. That probably happens once in a thousand times.
