How to start a micro food delivery business?

How to start a small food delivery business? My wife and I wife are very good cooks (Spanish / Mexican Food) and would like to make some extra cash delivering our best dishes for parties or family reunions around my community, the question is: How to start? I have a full time job so the idea is to cook overnight and deliver the next morning. Any advice? Do you know about any similar model? How to promote this type of business in my community?
