Where can I get information on starting up a delivery business.?

My wife and i have been thinking of starting a delivery business. Where would we get information on pricing, rules, and regulations.

1. A lot of variables here. Depends on the size of what you are delivering and size of delivery area. The cost of products or what ever you will be delivering. You will need to be bonded. A good insurance agent should be able to help with that. You could be contracted to deliver by company or just so much for each delivery. You would need to place ad for "conducting business as" . Bank account. Loans.Business plan. Marketing. If add employees then you need to probably get into LLC to keep your personal assets protected.
2. There are lot website which will give you the guide about the delivery business.. Before start the business plan your business and it design and plan about the investments and think well where to get the loans and compare the different bank's interest which is low interest rate go for it..
