Is this the right site for tracking USPS shipments?

I'm tracking package #0308 0730 0000 3369 3371 at http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do As you can see, it was shipped yesterday, but according to that site hasn't moved from Converse, IN since? Is this the right site to track its movement?

1. ~~You use www.usps.com for tracking information. However their tracking is not very good. It looks like it stalled and suddenly it says delivered. It is not the same as UPS or FEDEX.~~
2. If it was shipped parcel or media mail...it is being tracked via their sorting facility and probably won't update until it reaches your post office.
3. By the looks of that info, you do not have a tracking service. Only USPS Express Mail offers real tracking at this time. You have Delivery Confirmation. DC is NOT tracking. Although there may be interim scans along the trip, the ONLY scan that is required is one at the time of delivery. Hence the name, Delivery Confirmation.
