Does the post office pack your package for you when using media mail?

I just sold some books on amazon and my question is will the post office pack the books for media mail? Or do I have to package them myself and just bring in the box. Thanks!

1. No, you have to pack them yourself.
2. You pack the books yourself. However, anything you send media mail is subject to search by the local postmaster.
