How do I get a job w/o a college degree?

I went to college, stayed for 4 years, didn't get a degree. Transferred to another school, had MAJOR PROBLEMS (like being judged in an online class, yeah like wtf that's what I said). So now I am attempting to try to go to another school. But actually I have a guy feeling that I wont be able to get into this school either. So I need a job, rite?? Wrong, why?? Becoz where I live it seems like all the jobs are taken and now that I can take on a full-time job every places seems NOT to be hiring[?] So I want to know how can I get a job?? I've posted my resume on monster, career builder, jobs.com, and MANY more!! UGH and I still get nothing. I got one call back and got rejected because I don't know how to drive. regardless that I'm educated I get the crappy jobs, like putting boxes on a fedex truck o_O?? or driving a delivery truck or car. I DONT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE dida-duh!! I know how to type and had experience in clerical work, sales and retail but I cant get a break. Am I doing something wrong?? or all the good jobs in a different location or state for that matter?? I need help please!! Please & Thank You!! Ok i would finish college if I could. If anyone is willing to fork out $35,000 then be my guest -_o. But you would know that if you were going to school but maybe you are and you're a brat....a spoiled brat. The funny thing I've tried lil places, like fast food joint but around my way I'm over-qualified, then when I try other places like stores or well known restaurants I'm under-qualified. I've been selling things on ebay and it's been a lil rough. Becoz nothing's selling at GOOD prices. People do what I do wait like 5 minutes before the bid is over and bid 10 cents on it. sucks. I want a JOB something I can go to during the week and get paid every 2 weeks. Most of the jobs I've been getting I don't think are reasonable. Call it high standards or being petty whatever. Working 14-18 hr shifts just for 6 bucks an hour aint worth it. Especially if it's seasonal. I've seen my cousin go through 3 different jobs within 5 months and all were dirty work

2. You might have to bite the bullet and take job that starts at the bottom somewhere. If you're birght you'll soon work your way up. If you haven't got a degree, then they need experience, and if you have neither you're gonna need to work hard to get some to start out.

4. People with college degrees cant get jobs at this point. The economy is horrible and there hasnt been any increase in jobs since it started going downhill. Start an online business, and before you give me thumbs down because "thats unrealistic" to you, I'll let you know that its VERY realistic if you have the motivation and actually try (and dont ever pay anyone for "online jobs", there are no jobs, the way you make money online is with your own business or contracting your services, there are no employers on here). I've found tons of ways to make money online, but instead of listing them all in great detail and leaving a long answer that you will probably thumbs down anyways and not read, I'll just briefly summarize how and you can google and research more if you are interested. #1 Affiliate Marketing #2 Google Adsense #3 Sell Physical things on a website or on the auction sites #4 Sell Digital things (things people can download such as guides or websites or templates or programs) #5 Offer a service (For example, I found software thats free which lets me build dating websites easily, I then sell the dating websites along with website hosting, so the people have to pay monthly to host their websites as well), the service can also be typing articles for people, theres lots of services online that pay you for each article you type out, and you can make real money if you contact large informational websites direct. With all of these things, its best to learn how to market. You cant just make a website and expect people to find it in google right away. So you can be creative and use youtube, myspace, and websites like that to market your products, without actually looking like a spammer. For example, I'll make videos that teach people stuff, but then refer them to my websites for other related products or things. So my videos help people, but at the same time, they serve as commercials. Then I load each video on to 30 or 40 video sites online. Some of those people go to websites where I sell things, some of them go to websites where I have pay per click ads which some of them click so I can make money on each click. It adds up when you have thousands of visitors. I knew nothing about the internet 4 years ago. I didnt even own a computer 5 years ago. Now my entire income comes from the internet. You just have to be creative, motivated, and spend as much time at it as you would on a normal job. In a few weeks, youll find something that works, and learn to build on that.
