does somalia postal service sells stamps online?

I´m looking for some somalian stamps from 2003, but there isn´t way to find it. I´m not able to find any information about how contact with somalia postal service (web or email), so any way to find any service to buy it online it will be great. Thanks in advance

1. afraid not. I'm not sure they even issued any or have a functioning postal service. There are companies like the Crown Agency that market the stamps of a lot of African countries as they come out.
