How quickly does USPS First Class deliver from the US to Canada?

How quickly does USPS First Class deliver from the US to Canada? Ordered some things off of amazon using first class and they shipped on a friday, how many business days should you expect. Thanks!

1. it takes 2 to 9 days for regular first class within the continental US, but since 9-11 there has been quite a bit of customs delay from Canada due to the Dept of Homeland Security...
2. usps can deliver to Canada in one day, but they have NO control over customs or canada post.
