What kind of jobs can you get working for United Postal Services?

I heard you could make pretty good money working for UPS. Does anyone know what type of training and what type of salary is involved with this type of work..and is there anything you can do besides actually delivering the mail from house to house. Thanks!

1. There are several positions available with varying salaries, although currently the postal service is in a hiring freeze due to current economic conditions and post office consolidations. The only positions they are hiring for are transitional employees.
