GAO lists US Postal Service as ANOTHER govt. program that's "failing"?

The Federal Govt, General Accounting Office has listed the US Postal Service as ANOTHER on it's list of government agencies that are not generating enough revenue (despite having MILLIONS of customers on a daily basis and just getting ANOTHER increase in postage rates?) Can anyone tell me again WHY we're supposed to believe HEALTH CARE is going to be any different? The Feds can't EFFICIENTLY and COST EFFECTIVELY run ANYTHING. Why are people in favor of a government program?

1. Simply, they expect to get something for nothing!
2. The post office is mandated by the constitution. The government does the best job delivering mail. A private company would only deliver to cities or areas with a lot of people so they can make money. Which leaves rural America with no mail service.
