USPS change of address applies to international express mail?
I just moved to a new house. I have changed my address in the post office. I have an express mail package sent from China and it will be delivered tomorrow. I need the package badly. Will the post office still forward it to the new address or deliver to the old address? I don't want them to forward to the new address because it takes too long. This is express mail. What should I do?
Public Comments
- they should send to the new address.
- If the new and old address is delivered out of the same Post Office, there should be no delay. However, you can not pick and choose what mail you want forwarded and what you do not. The item will be forwarded to the new address that is on file.
