US postal services - Track & Confirm?
I ordered something by mail, and now the Track & Confirm says: "Delivered, July 23, 2009, 11:06 am, AUSTIN, TX 78739", but the recipient says she has not received it. Does delivered mean that it has been delivered to the post office, or to the recipient's address, since I do not see the recipient's full address in track & confirm?

- It means that the item was delivered. You will need to have the recipient contact their local post office and see if the carrier left it somewhere he felt it was safe at, or whether where the recipient lives has a parcel locker that he left it in. The local number for that office is (512) 892-2794
