What should I do, The USPS Package sent to wrong address?

The USPS Package which was supposed to be delivered to me today was delivered to the seller's zip code! He used delivery confirmation and it says acceptance, at his zip code, then it says arrival at unit, at his zip code, then it says delivered, to his zip code

1. Contact the seller to inquire as to the reason for the package showing their ZIP Code for delivery. It's possible that it was short paid in postage and was returned to the seller for the correct amount to be applied. Main thing is to communicate with the seller.
