Is there a map or clear identification of Kingston's postal codes?

I mean, in Kingston you always read about Kingston 8, Kingston 5, etc. Is there a map or a guide clearly showing the extent and limits of such a code in the city?

1. I live in Kingston and as far as I know there is no such map or guide. The General Post Office would have that kind of information. If somebody gives you their address for something to be sent to them, they will automatically give you the code.
