How do I assemble the USPS flat rate box?

Is there a right way to assemble it? Also, once the stuff is inside how do I close it? Do I use tape? Do I need a specific kind of tape? And where do I stick the TO and FROM sticker? I have a medium flat rate box. Thanks! I've never done this before and the people that the post office were mean.

1. SOme of the boxes have an adhsive strip built in. You can alos just use any packing tape. Just put the address on the top.
