USPS shipping a package international?

is the USPS flat rate international box big enough to fix a xbox360 and all the cables? im trying to get my friend to ship my xbox to korea and he says that box isnt big enough if he bubble wraps the xbox, wondering if theres a cheaper way to send it besides getting sending it in a regular box which would be ~$100.
