USPS - International shipping Media M-bags, ISAL and IPA?

Hello everyone, I am interested in sending off some old books from USA to Spain. They are heavy books of a total of about 50-60 pounds weight. I know that USPS can mail them using the M-Bags, found that there are three options for that: Airmail M-bags IPA - International Priority airmail M-bags ISAL - International surface-sea mail M-bags http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immc2_038.htm Also here on the latest USPS 2009 rates and fees: http://pe.usps.com/cpim/ftp/manuals/dmm300/ratesandfees.pdf on pages 29 and 30. I could find the prices for the first option: Airmail M-bag which is US$35,75 fix flat rate until 11 pounds, and then additional $3,25 for any pound over. But I can't figure out the other two shipping methods. Any help with that? I did contact many times USPS through their website and they simply ignore my questions. Thanks for the help !!!
