may a judge grant a motion to deduct funds from a retired USPS employees pension ?

the motion was to repay an unsecured crdit card debt.

1. From my reading of the Federal Garnishment laws, there are no provisions to exempt federal pension plans from garnishment. I'm not a lawyer though....

3. Within Court Jurisdiction a Judge can utilize any and all routes within said Jurisdiction to satisfy Judgement. If the case is justified in a certain court then the Judge has the right to use all circumstances within that courts Jurisdiction.
