Is there a way to buy postal stamps for less?

I don't want collectors I don't want used stamps I just need to send a lot of letters but for less.

1. there is bulk rate but that involves a long process which you may not comply with, and if this is a one time mailing, it would not pay
2. you can scan it and print it yourself
3. Well, places like supermarkets carry stamps and I think they keep a cut of the price, which means they get them from the post office for less than face value. Other than being in the business of resale like the supermarkets, the best you can do is 3rd class, bulk mail or pre-sorted 1st class. Or, you could become a not-for-profit charity. Last, become a member of congress. Congress and certain other officials of government get to send as much mail as they please for their signature (even if mechanically reproduced) on the envelope in place of a stamp... Ask at the post office.
