how many postal stamps do i need?

it's for my friend that moved to glendale her zip code is 91203 and mine is 94306 how many 41 cent stamps should i stamp? it just has a piece of paper inside. so it barely weights anything. oh, and also, where can i get stamps? because my dad always gets them.

1. usps.com they have a link that you can calculate domestic or international postage by keying in zip codes.. it should tell you all you need to know. You can actually order stamps online I THINK (with an extra fee).. you can order them by mail (you have to have a special envelope from the post office or get them at the post office. A lot of places like Wal mart and stuff carry machines to buy them now.
