How to delete computer viruses using AVG virus protection?

One of my friends on facebook had her account hacked. The hacker sent me a "hilarious video". She is a fairly good friend of mine so I clicked it. Now I have a ton of porn viruses and I get pop ups regularly. I have AVG virus protection but I'm not sure how to use it. How do I completely eradicate all viruses from my computer? I do not want any traces of porn on it either since my mom also uses the computer. 10 pts best answer
