Does anyone have a good idea on finding a salesman/ manager for a hot shot delivery service?

I own a hot shot delivery service and am trying to build up & expand my business. Located in Pasadena, TX. Not looking to post on sites such as Hotjobs or Monster. This would not really be an office position, but more of a hands on position.

I'm a CDL, with experience in hot shot delivery and customer relations, interested in your position, but probably not willing to relocate to Texas, although I'd consider it for the right position or for a period of time. I'm female, which I disclose because I don't like wasting my time with applications that are so startled by gender they waste my time.
