Why does it take the usps (postal office) so long to ship out a ps3 game ? part 2?

my game says it is proccesed. what does that means ?

  1. I know what you mean it takes forever. I think it's because they are so technical and it has to stop and be processed at every one of their stations along the way. I now use UPS
  2. being processed means that the item is going trough all the steps to make sure that the item is going to the right person they should ship it out very soon
  3. The post office is only one part of the equation. And they do make funny mistakes. You also have the person who is sending the game. If they register a shipment with the post office, but dont get it in the mail until late, it might still read "processing". Also not all postal workers will remember to scan a package at every step in the delivery. I've had packages still say "received" at the post office until after they were delivered. Then a day later, it says "delivered". I don't know when you bought the game, but you are going to make yourself crazy staring at the delivery status like a pot of water on the stove. Relax. Go play something else for a while. Check on it a couple of days later. Stop worrying about what the post office is doing. It's not like they take your game out and play it for a couple of days before they send it on.
