usps free priority mail boxes shipped to your house. if they say they pick them up also how do you pay?

online it says they will ship priority mail boxes free to your house and they will pick them up when you are ready for them to ship. my question: how do you pay for the shipping if they pick them up at your home?

1. I think you set up an online small business account with them, that way you can go online and print out your labels from your own pc. Then they bill you at the end of the month for your costs. Not sure tho.
